Operating Hours

Daily cash ticket customers:

Monday - Friday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and also is closed on all federal & state holidays. Entry tickets cannot be issued after 5:30 p.m. The lobby, elevators, and stairwells close at 8 p.m. nightly and are completely closed on the weekends and holidays.

Monthly contract customers:

Contract customers have 24/7 access to the garage with their parking card.

Rates & Instructions

Daily cash ticket rate:

$4 for the first hour (1 – 60 minutes), $5 for the second hour (61 – 120 minutes), $7 for the third hour (121 – 180 minutes), and 4 hours or more (181 minutes +) is the maximum rate for the day, which is $9. Once payment has been made you have 15 minutes to find your vehicle and exit. If the 15-minute limit is exceeded, payment for the additional time in the garage is required.

Payment method is CASH & COINS ONLY. There is an ATM located in the lobby. Payment is to be made in the 1^st floor lobby of the parking garage, located on the East end of the garage, before exiting to go to your vehicle. The garage connects to the underground concourse and can be used during inclement weather, etc.

Monthly contract rate:

The contract rate for Metro 1 (South) and Metro 2 (North) garages is $98.85, including tax. The contract rate for the alley and basement parking is $126.01, including tax. A $20 parking card deposit is required at the time that the contract is set up. This deposit is refundable at the end of the contract term as long as the contractual 30-day written cancellation notice is given, there is a $0 account balance, and the card is returned undamaged.

Parking is available at the following parking facilities. Rates are current as of July 2022. Note: If you are serving on a Jury, please do not park at the meters, as you will not be available to put money in them throughout the day.
