District Attorney, Vicki Zemp Behenna, will file a charge of Felony Murder in the First Degree against Jaylan Davis, 18 in connection with the deadly shooting at Arcadia Lake that killed an 18-year-old woman and dozens of others injured.

After the conclusion of the trial this week, Rogers was found guilty of Murder in the First Degree, Larceny from a Person, and Possession of a Firearm After Juvenile Adjudication.
