The Oklahoma County "free fair" operates under Title 2. Section 15-67 of the State of Oklahoma agricultural statutes and organizes the Oklahoma County Fair and livestock and Horse shows and other agricultural shows where admission to the grounds and all exhibit buildings is free and no charge is made for entering exhibits on which premiums are offered.
