OKLAHOMA COUNTY TREATMENT COURTS

Note: Oklahoma County Treatment Courts is an independent organization, which is not managed by Oklahoma County Government, specifically the Court Services department.

An alternative to incarceration, Treatment courts are considered the most successful justice intervention for people with substance use and mental health disorders. With the goal to enhance public safety and reduce recidivism, individuals receive personalized, evidence-based treatment and supervision. Oklahoma County Treatment Courts consist of the following:

  • Drug Court,
  • DUI Court,
  • Veterans Treatment Court,
  • DREAMS Court (formally Mental Health Court),
  • ReMerge,
  • Misdemeanor Diversion,
  • Veterans Diversion, and CO-OP (Court Ordered Outpatient).
