Myles Davidson is a dedicated public servant and committed leader in Oklahoma County. As the Commissioner for District 3, he has demonstrated a commitment to improving the quality of life for all residents of the county. He was elected Commissioner in 2022. Myles previously served as Chief Deputy under two previous county commissioners, bringing a wealth of experience to District 3. Throughout his career, he has worked tirelessly to promote economic growth and opportunity in the communities he serves, always putting the needs of constituents first.
For more than a decade, Myles has led Oklahoma County’s efforts, along with state and local officeholders, to develop and implement monumental infrastructure projects for transportation, water and other resources. He helped create an award-winning diversionary criminal justice program that places low-level offenders in county-operated community service (Oklahoma County S.H.I.N.E.) and championed the modernization road building operations for the County.
Myles is a visionary leader who is always looking for ways to improve the lives of those he serves. With his passion for public service and commitment to the people of Oklahoma County, he is an inspiring and effective advocate for the residents of District 3.

Myles Davidson
Oklahoma County Commissioner, District 3
Myles Davidson is a dedicated public servant and proven leader for Oklahoma County. Elected Commissioner for District 3 in 2022, he has focused on strengthening communities, modernizing county operations, and improving quality of life for residents.
Prior to taking office, Myles served as Chief Deputy under two former county commissioners, gaining extensive experience in county governance, budgeting, and long-term planning. As Commissioner, he prioritizes transparency, accountability, and responsiveness to constituents.
With more than a decade of experience in infrastructure and community investment efforts, Myles has worked closely with state and local partners to deliver improvements in transportation, water, and public resources. He has championed modernization of county road operations, collaborative planning for major capital projects, and responsible stewardship of public funds.
Beyond public service, Myles is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Marilyn, have been married for 20 years and enjoy supporting their son, especially at his sporting events. Family remains central to Myles’s life and motivation.

Paul Foster
Chief Deputy of Oklahoma County, District 3
Paul was born in Lawton, OK but spent most of his childhood on the East Coast in Virginia and Maryland. He moved back to Lawton in 1981, where he graduated from Lawton High School. Paul then attended college at the United States Military Academy at West Point, followed by a short stint at Oklahoma State University before going active duty serving as a Military Intelligence officer in the U.S. Army.
Following his career in the service, Paul spent 13 years as a sales professional in the dental, medical, and pharmaceutical industries. He then became a contractor, general contractor, and small business owner in Edmond, OK for 14 years in the roofing and construction industry.
During COVID, he met his beautiful wife, Candy, during a ski trip in Park City. After marrying the love of his life, Paul moved there for four years before moving back to Edmond in 2024 to become the Chief Deputy for District 3.
The Foster’s blended family includes seven adult children and 16 grandchildren, all of whom Paul thoroughly enjoys boasting about.
Paul likes to spend his spare time traveling, golfing, biking, fly fishing, skiing and snowmobiling…when he’s not recovering from said activities.

Bill McClung
Highway Superintendent, Oklahoma County District 3
Bill McClung is the Highway Superintendent for Oklahoma County District 3, bringing over six years of experience in highway management and engineering. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from NC State University and has a diverse background, having previously held various engineering and management roles in the oil and gas industry. Additionally, Bill owned and operated a successful construction company for over a decade.
Outside of his professional life Bill is an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer. His wife often jokes that he has more hobbies than time or money, reflecting his passion for enjoying life to the fullest.

Kimberly Zuhdi, MSLA, M.Ed.
First Deputy, Oklahoma County District 3
A proud Oklahoma native Kimberly grew up in Oklahoma City, just east of Tinker Air Force Base. Graduating from Carl Albert High School she continued her education in Colorado earning Bachelor Degrees in both History and Psychology. Kimberly then enrolled at the Prestigious University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she obtained her Master of Science in Legal Administration. Still not finished with her education, she then completed the University of Denver’s Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction program.
In 2016 Kimberly moved back home to Oklahoma where she used her diverse education and set of skills to complete legal research as well as to teach at the primary, secondary, and university levels where her work has earned her numerous awards and recognition. Having dedicated her life to public service, when asked what motivates her, Kimberly simply states “leaving the state and the people I have the pleasure of working with in a better place than I encountered them.”
Kimberly resides in Oklahoma City with her husband and their rescue dog Simba; she loves to travel, spend time with her family, attend concerts, and play golf. She is proud to call Oklahoma City her home and in her spare time serves on the board for several local charities. Causes she and her are proud to support include Allied Arts, the Oklahoma Children’s Health Foundation, the Oklahoma City Ballet, and the Zuhdi Transplant Institute.

Natalie Robinson Cifuentes
Natalie Ann Cifuentes is a fifth-generation Oklahoman and a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University. She holds degrees in Management/Nonprofit Management (2025) and Digital Cinema & Production (2018). With more than a decade of various professional experience, Natalie has worked with the Oklahoma Labor Commission, served as a coordinator at a public relations firm in Oklahoma City, collaborated with Sundance award-winning filmmakers on projects around the world, and provided her skills both on and off set in the music video, commercial, and documentary industries. Her career has also included roles in the construction sector and as a part-time teacher while completing her education.
Passionate about service and the Oklahoma Standard, Natalie brings creativity and commitment to every role. She and her husband, Danilo, enjoy working out and traveling together and are active members of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Oklahoma City.
