The Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office has dismissed the First Degree Murder charge against 15-year-old Davyion Hamilton. Hamilton was arrested and charged for the shooting death of 17-year-old Cordae Carter at the Choctaw versus Del City High School Football game on August 25, 2023.

Last week, an Oklahoma County Grand Jury was presented a use-of-force case involving the U.S. Marshal’s Service. The case involved the deadly shooting of Shari Vincent on May 24, 2023, in Oklahoma City.
