OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma County jury has found Ramon Pugh guilty of three charges of Murder in the First Degree for the January 28, 2017 murders of Derell Barksdale, 39, Donielle Gregory, 39, and Terrance Jackson, 51. Pugh was also found guilty of a fourth charge of Possession of a Firearm After Former Conviction of a Felony The jury recommended a sentence of Life for Counts 1-3 and 20 years on Count 4. Formal sentencing will take place on October 16, 2023.

Oklahoma County District Court Attorney Vicki Zemp Behenna requests dismissal of the case against Glynn Simmons. Simmons was convicted of murdering Carolyn Sue Rogers in 1975. In April of this year, the DA requested the court vacate Simmons’ judgment and sentence due to a potential Brady violation uncovered during a thorough review of the case in preparation for an evidentiary hearing.
