All deeds presented for recording MUST have attached as an exhibit, an affidavit complying with Oklahoma law 60 O.S § 121.

$2 per page will be added to the filing fee for the affidavit.

A deed cannot be recorded without the affidavit attached.

The affidavit must be one of the three forms issued by the Oklahoma Attorney General, which may be found at https://www.oag.ok.gov/public-forms
