*Registration for submitting an issue is NOT required. To get started, click the 'Report Issue' button, select the Citizen Self Service option on the next page, select the Non-Emergency Requests option on the subsequent page, provide the required information within all form pages, and submit upon completion.  If you are not sure which district you reside, please refer to the County Commissioner Districts map within the sidebar to the right on this page.
