FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE November 17, 2025
Edmond, OK - Oklahoma County District 3 has allocated $25,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to Peaceful Family Solutions, a nonprofit organization based in Edmond dedicated to helping children and families impacted by addiction.
Peaceful Family Solutions provides prevention, education, and support programs that help children develop healthy coping skills and break the cycle of addiction within families. The organization's evidence-based approach offers both group and individual services for children and caregivers in a safe, nurturing environment.
"This funding will directly support programs that strengthen families and create brighter futures for children in our community," said Commissioner Myles Davidson, Oklahoma County District 3. "Peaceful Family Solutions continues to make a tremendous impact in Edmond and across Oklahoma County, and we're proud to partner with them in this important work."
The $25,000 allocation is part of District 3's ongoing effort to distribute ARPA funds to organizations that improve public health, strengthen families, and enhance community well-being throughout Oklahoma County.
